The "CORE-CHEM CONTAINMENT SYSTEM" has been introduced after several years of evaluation and in direct response to our customers requests for an alternative bunding system that does not tie them to a Chlorinated solvent bunding system. They also required a system that offers flexibility and reduced costs linked to process and product support to reduce solvent consumption which the Core bunding system gives them.  Our system is designed to be flexible but we do not intend to supply this to everyone because we genuinely believe that we should be supporting the drive to protect the planet, operators and the environment, therefore we will only supply this with the package that helps customers to reduce solvent safely and cost effectively with the appropriate alternative chemistries in line with the compliancy required under the SED.

We accept that any bunding system will not directly reduce the solvent consumption and that it is only a means of ensuring better safety when transporting, containing and decanting solvents form point A to point B however it is yet another part of the total package CORE-CHEM LTD offer related to the total process ensuring both safety, environmental and operator protection in a commercially viable way
