
Aqueous Systems
These machines are designed to give fast process times and ultra efficient cleaning capability. The range varies form immersion with ultrasonics, under solution jetting and or spray versions, which can be used for basic neutral detergent applications, through to a wide variety of phosphating or plating type processes, or for very sophisticated optical, medical or electronic applications where aqueous chemistries are the preferred or necessary options.
They all have sophisticated filtration and control systems on them to maximize on cleaning efficiency and to minimize down time and tank changes.

Front loading multi stage system with cleaning stage, rinse stage, and de-ionised water final rinse stage, plus drying stage. This machine is designed for heavier duty applications where high volumes of small components need to be rotated but where you may also have the need to process some slightly larger items that would fit into a conventional basket, without the need to change baskets, giving maximum flexibility to the process.
A sophisticated filtration system ensures particulates are easily controlled and water treatment units can e fitted to give a closed loop option for reduced waste and down time.
Multi stage low level loading system with load and offload station at the same entry point. Quality control is maintained by pH controllers or conductivity units that are linked to particulate counters and or filtration systems. These guarantees set parameters are easily maintained with the minimum of downtime.
Cleanliness as required within the optical and electronics industry is assured.
Auto loading phosphating and or plating line with sophisticated controllers built In to ensure the quality parameters are maintained. This minimizes manual intervention and the risks of variations on process times which are critical for a lot of applications where the next operation may have adhesion or tolerance parameters that need to be constant
For heavier parts where loading needs to be kept to a minimum or where height is a potential problem, this front low level loading machine is ideal, simple roller tracks can be added to role the basket load into the entry point where the machine takes over and very quickly processes the parts through the appropriate cleaning/phosphating process. Multi stage process sumps give flexibility on process method in a controlled environment.
Fully automated system where higher volumes of small parts as in the electronics or optical Industry need to be processed quickly or in batch lots.
The baskets are simply placed on the conveyor track where they are automatically taken to the process chamber and after cleaning are re directed to the offload point. Basket loads can be indexed to follow quality requirements if desired.
Other Options
- Utrasonic agitation – for those components that require ultra high cleanliness levels.
- Under solution agitation – for those components that cannot be used with ultrasonics.
- Under solution jetting – for heavier components that the cost of ultrasonic agitation would be prohibitive
- Rotation – ideal for small sized but high volume parts that are heavily packed together
- Auto handling – where the use of manual labour is not an advantage
- Controllers – a range of controllers is available for control of chemistry, pH, conductivity, particle size, etc
- Filtration – independent or closed loop filtration linked or independent from the de-ionised water systems
- Coalescer filtration systems – for very heavy contamination as found in paint stripping tanks, etc
- Auto dosing systems – for effective maintenance of the chemical to water ratios
